Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. If your product arrives unused and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order number and a photo of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we recommend placing a new order.
